SAMPLE PACK & MAIL ORDER

If you are unable to visit me, it is possible to place an order by telephone or email and post by sending for a Sample Pack. The pack is made up specifically for you and includes stationery samples and colour pictures of materials. It costs £5.00. If you place an order within 6 months, the cost of the pack will be deducted from the total of your order. If choose not to place an order, but return the Sample Pack complete and undamaged within 4 weeks, I will send you a £5.00 cheque in return. TO ORDER A SAMPLE PACK: ONLINE: You can pay for a Sample Pack online via Paypal by clicking the Buy Now button below. This will open Paypal in a new window for you to complete your details. You do not need to be Paypal registered to do this. You will also need to send me a completed questionnaire, so that I can prepare your pack: click on the link below to submit your details online. BY POST: If you prefer not to pay online, you can send me a cheque for £5.00, made out to 'Samantha R Loughran', along with your completed questionaire, which you can print out by clicking 'Print Questionnaire'.
